Conclusion of the contract<\/strong>
All contracts on this website are concluded on the basis of the existing school and childcare contract for your child.<\/p>

You submit a binding offer to \"Damp Cloud 28\" when you have gone through the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and click on the \"Send order\" button in step 5. After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.<\/p>

Storage of the contract text<\/strong>
Your order data will be stored in our company. If you would like this in printed form, you can print out the \"order confirmation\". This will appear on your screen after you have sent the order. If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will also receive all relevant details of your order by e-mail, which can also be printed out.<\/p>

Right of return<\/strong>
All services and goods are contractually regulated by the school and childcare contract with the associated statutes.<\/p>

Prices and delivery, payment options<\/strong><\/p>

All prices are in EURO, include the statutory VAT of 7% or 19% (for the majority of services in the shop no VAT is charged) and may be subject to shipping costs. The price at the time of ordering applies.<\/p>

Shipping costs<\/strong>
As a rule, you pay a flat-rate shipping fee of \u20ac 4.95 regardless of the order value. This only partially covers the costs incurred for postage\/freight and packaging, the rest is covered by \"Damp Cloud 28\". In exceptional cases, we may have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be shown accordingly. If, for technical or logistical reasons, the goods are dispatched in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.<\/p>

Guarantee<\/strong>
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. However, failure to do so will have no consequences for your statutory claims. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period of 2 years, the statutory claims shall apply at your discretion.<\/p>

Retention of title<\/strong>
The goods remain the property of \"Diakonisches Institut f\u00fcr Bildung und Soziales gemeinn\u00fctzige GmbH\" until full payment has been received.<\/p>

Payment, due date, default of payment<\/strong>
Payment for the goods can be made using the payment methods available in the shop. The \"Diakonisches Institut f\u00fcr Bildung und Soziales gemeinn\u00fctzige GmbH\" reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to use the payment method prepayment.<\/p>

Payment by sending cash or cheque is possible. We exclude liability in the event of loss.<\/p>

If payment is made by direct debit, the amount will be debited approximately 14 days after the invoice date. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.<\/p>
